ARIAS Society Recruitment 2025 Details
1. Hydrology Specialist (1 Post in PIU)
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Hydrology, Water Resources, Environmental Science, Irrigation Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hydrology or watershed management.
- Remuneration: ₹6.60 to ₹10.80 lakh per year.
- Preference: Candidates with ADB/World Bank project experience.
2. Gender Specialist (1 Post in PIU)
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in gender mainstreaming, preferably in ADB, World Bank, or donor-funded projects.
- Remuneration: ₹6.60 to ₹10.80 lakh per year.
- Skills Required: Strong communication, cultural understanding, and project implementation experience.
3. Livelihood Coordinator (5 Posts in 5 CPIUs across Assam)
- Essential Qualification: Master’s in Livelihoods, Rural Development, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in livelihood promotion, microfinance, entrepreneurship, and income generation activities.
- Remuneration: ₹6.60 to ₹10.80 lakh per year.
- Preferred: Experience with donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, etc.).
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test and/or Personal Interview.
- The tests/interviews will be held at the ARIAS Society Office, Khanapara, Guwahati (Assam).
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
Contract and Remuneration Details
- Engagement will be purely contractual for 11 months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- The position does not confer any right to regularization.
- The Cost to Project (CTP) will be fixed within the indicative range depending on qualifications and experience.
