The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has officially declared the D.El.Ed. Result 2025 on its official portal – scertpet.in. The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Pre-Entry Test is conducted every year by SCERT, Assam for candidates seeking admission into the 2-year teacher training course in government TEIs (Teacher Education Institutes). Only those who clear this PET exam are eligible for admission into the D.El.Ed. programme.
Update 28th August 2025 : This is for information of all concerned that classes of 1st semester of 2-year D.El.Ed. course for the session 2025-27 will start w.e.f. 1st September,2025 except in DIET,Dima Hasao. The Notification for classes of DIET,Dima Hasao will be notified as soon as there admission process is completed. A student who is found absent from classes continuously for 5 (five) working days from the very first day of class of the session i.e. w.e.f. 1st September,2025 then his/her admission will be cancelled by the concerned Principal and vacancies caused thereof shall be filled up from the waiting list.
