Candidates who have secured the Score 30.00 (Thirty) and above are eligible to apply for admission into the NCTE recognized B.Ed. Reservation :
Statutory Reservation Policy of the Government of Assam shall be followed.
Relaxation : In the eligibility Criteria, a relaxation Of 5% in the qualifying marks (or equivalent Grade Point) shall be provided to the candidates:
i. belonging to the SC/ ST/ OBC,’MOBC/ PWD categories ii. having a minimum of 5 (five) years teaching experience in a school recognized at least up to the standard by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam.
iii. A candidate can avail the benefit of relaxation of marks only in any one of the above categories.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
(a) Candidate with at least 50% marks (in Aggregate) either in the Bachelor’s Degree and lor in the Master’S Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities; OR Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology Of librugarh University, or any Other University recognized by Dibrugarh University with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks Or equivalent Gmde Point are eligible for admission to the programme .
A candidate securing 50% marks (or equivalent Grade Point) or more in the Honours / Major subject but less than 50% in aggregate (or equivalent Grade Point) in all the courses / papers of the Bachelor’s degree will not be eligible for admission to B.Ed. programme , as the requirement is 50% marks (or equivalent Grade Point) in the aggregate.
(b) Candidate must clear the B.Ed. Common Entrance Test conducted by Dibrugarh University for that academic session.
How to Apply for the B.Ed. CET 2025
For submission Of the Online Application Form, intending candidates are advised to follow
the following instructions:
| a) The candidate shall be required to visit the B.ED.CET 2025 Portal in the website- www.dibru.ac.in. |
| b) The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the “Register” button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login. |
| c) After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password. |
| d) After login, the candidate needs to click on the “Apply” button corresponding to the link Of “B.EI).CET 2025” which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill the application form Step by step. |
| e) After completion of the filling-up or the Form Candidate needs to click the button “Submit and Review”. A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they Can go back and edit |
| f ) After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click “pay now & Submit the application” and then pay the application fee Of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/lnternet Banking). |
| g) The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment. |
| h) There will be a button to download your Application Form and Admit Card for future reference. |
| i) The Candidate shall have to take a print out of the Admit Card and bring the same to the Examination Hall On the Date of the Test for verification. |
| j) The Submission of Online Application Forms shall automatically closed after the last date. |
How to Check B.Ed. CET Result & Score Card 2025
- a) Click the link given in the website: www.dibru.ac.in
- b) Enter the Entrance Roll Number and Application Number to search the result. You will find an option to print/download the Score Card where the Score you have secured in the B.Ed. CET 2025 is mentioned. Alternatively, you will also find the Score Card after login to the B.Ed. CET 2025 portal by entering the mobile number and password used while applying for B.Ed. CET 2025.
- c) Download the Score Card and take a print out of the Score Card for submission along with the Application for admission to the B.Ed. Programme.
