About GURET 2025 – Gauhati University Ph.D. Entrance
GURET (Gauhati University Research Eligibility Test) is a university-level entrance exam conducted for admission into the Ph.D. Programme (2025-2026) at Gauhati University. The admission process for the Autumn Session (August 2025 to July 2026) follows a three-tier structure:

- GURET 2025 – Ph.D. Entrance Test
- Counselling & Final Admission
Note: Just completing the CAP does not guarantee admission. Candidates must also qualify the entrance exam and participate in counselling.
